Field test continuation

This is a continuation of the settings Field test from earlier.

Toggle ENS(reboot requirment):
In settings, there are switches ON and OFF. We've tried it in Lumia 625H, if it  switch ON: in effect, all the settings will return to the beginning (after a reboot). If OFF: in effect, instead of ON ... is no change default settings after you.
