Lumia 625H that has
512 of RAM might indeed have not supporting Win mobile 10, though were forced
to upgrade the OS be WinMob 10 there will be a lot of bugs that need to be
fixed .... such as SMS and Data cellular internet (except WiFi connection, it
can be used) that still have not been able to use).

When restoring OS Lumia from Win mobile 10 to Win Phone 8.1, the atmosphere was like finding an
oasis in the desert. Because, all thirsty RAM from Windows OS 10 alleviated
with OS win phone 8.1 that have a more agile and sensitive performance.
Although just using Win OS 8.1, L625H can still store data and share via
OneDrive with auto sync. So, if you want to see or retrieve data via mobile
phone Lumia, no need require a data cable, but only open Apps or Explore
OneDrive already provided in your PC with Windows 10.
